Refunds & Exchanges

If you are unhappy for any reason with an item you have purchased on we will gladly offer a refund on the following conditions:

  • The item(s) has not been worn or altered
  • All original tags are attached to the item(s)
  • The item(s) is not a sale item(s)

We are more than happy to accept returns for change of mind on purchases made during a promotional event (i.e. 20% off events) provided it is within the specified 14 day return period and the item(s) is not already on sale.

All returns must be sent with the completed return form (at the bottom of our invoice) and enclosed in an appropriate shipping box or satchel within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, sale items may not be returned and are non refundable unless deemed faulty.

If the returned item(s) is deemed as having a manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to offer a repair or refund and  also happy to refund the postage costs of all returned faulty items, provided a receipt of postage is presented. does not refund shipping charges in the event of a change of mind.

In the unfortunate instance that a style is no longer in stock and has been found to have a manufacturing fault, we will also refund the initial delivery charges (where applicable) back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. is not responsible for any accessories that are not returned in new, unused & unworn condition with all tags attached. We do not sell pre-worn accessories and will not accept the return of any item which is considered used.

Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. reserves the right to refuse a return for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which we confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return and that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise organized). will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed. does not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons

A refund will not be issued for items which fail to meet our standards set forth above.
